Quartering

This solution for quartering and finished products enables managing the quartering, grouping and division of quartering and finished product orders, data capturing in the plant by means of touch screens and integrating intermediate systems and scales of all kinds with centralized tag management.
The system allows for different types of processes and working models such as the management of hot cutting, ventilation and fresh product, and the management of freezing rooms and frozen products, always providing for the traceability of the quartering co-products, as well as including the management of packaging, shipping and transport.
